One of the hardest things about being gluten free

One of the hardest things about being gluten free is bread - there just aren’t good options out there and if you don’t know what you’re doing or don’t have a good recipe it can be difficult to make. I’m hoping my cookbook will guide you to making delicious bread that doesn’t make you miss gluten!

But I’m always experimenting and improving my bread recipes - I had some staples at the bakery and I’ve been developing new ones since. So my question is, what bread do you miss most? Is it sandwich bread, sourdough, honey oat (pictured), cinnamon raisin, bagels, pizza crust, ??? Everyone has theirs and I want to know yours!
